How do software development teams deal with bottlenecks when one teammate is overloaded? There are many great solutions but none of them is to require that worker to train co-workers on how to do her job. Yet Scrum books suggest that UX practitioners should teach Agile teammates to do UX work. This is just another flavor of, “Anybody can do UX work,” and hurts culture. So how do we address bottlenecks?
